"In build 30 we began to complete the 0.7 roadmap. The main innovation of this build is the new feature: storing messages in the database in utf8 format. It will save the disk space, especially for people talking in English, and will make the message processing much simplier. Right now only two protocols support it: MSN & Jabber.
ATTENTION: to avoid strange symbols to appear in your history viewers & message logs, you should use the newest versions of the following plugins:
- history++ (http://addons.miranda-im.org/feed.php?dlfile=2995);
- ieview (http://www.miranda-fr.net/tweety/IEView/ieview.zip).
Also in this build:
- privacy lists support for Jabber;
- some fixes for avatars (avs.dll & advaimg.dll);
- massive updates for MSN protocol & clist_modern plugin;
