.20 smileys taken from the latest Riceballs Set by d. lanham
.general size is 18x18 pixels
.i tried to keep it simple and so restricted the set to a selection only of common emotes plus
a few select fancy ones to spice it up
--CleanCut
.contrary to the "Riceballs Emoticonset" ported by Elsinor, i used the original smiley size without any extra spaces
(-> check the smileyadd option: "surround inserted smiley with spaces" for that)
.added more smileys (including one additional "sloppy homebrew")
.cleaned up the defining .msl file and changed/added text-bindings
.png format (optimized) smileys instead of .ico
